I was so very honoured to be selected for Collingwood's Art on the Street program for summer 2019!
My chair will be a "beach chair", paying homage to the beautiful stones on the Georgian Bay beaches. Sitting on my chair will be just like sitting on one of our local beaches! It was tough trying to figure out the best way to paint this to accommodate my design. In the end, with a little help from my hubby, I decided it needed to be tightly together to paint the image in its entirety so it is temporarily nailed together. Stay tuned!
And here it is complete!!!
